MANDATORY INFORMATION SESSION-PARENT AND PLAYER
In accordance with the HRTO, the NOHA, OHF and Hockey Canada
have mandated that all minor hockey players attend an information session. The
focus of the session is to ensure that all players are treated fairly and each
player exhibits respectful and inclusive behavior. All players must attend and be accompanied
by at least one parent. The information session is for all players in
every division (Timbits 4-Pee Wee Major).
Attendance will be taken at the meetings and players/parents that do not attend must make arrangements to receive the information from their coach or a member of the executive. Players that do not complete this NOHA requirement by October 31st, 2018 will not be allowed on the ice as of November 1st 2018 until it has been completed as per NOHA guidelines.
SPWHL will host four sessions to ensure that all players can attend (Monday, October 15th to Thursday, October 18th). All sessions will be held at Sault College in the multi media room (B1170) at 6:00pm.
