KBX and SPWHL
Submitted By Sarah McLeod on Monday, January 13, 2020
The SPWHL is excited to announce a new partnership with KBX Performance Club and KBX Hockey School. This partnership aims to offer our young athletes a unique opportunity to improve their athletic skills both on and off the ice. We are looking forward to being able to offer each team (Novice, Atom and PeeWee) two individual team sessions working with the experienced, knowledgeable and professional  KBX Staff.

One session will be an on-ice skill-based practice while the other will take place at the KBX training facility.  The end goal of these sessions is to improve strength, agility, sport-specific skills, knowledge of the game and teamwork.  The emphasis of these sessions will be for the KBX staff to work with our coaches to help them plan and implement effective and engaging practice sessions.

The KBX sessions can be booked…..with Sandra Belanger please contact [email protected] or message her directly 705.941.0202

The on-ice session can be during a regularly scheduled SPWHL practice or additional ice may be booked and the cost covered by the team.  Extra ice is available by contacting the SPWHL administrator.
