Attention Coaches/ Team Officials
The Vulnerable Sector Screening will be changing for the 2024/2025 hockey season.
The Ontario Hockey Federation will now be responsible for collecting all VSS documents and uploading them to each individual Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) account.
VSS documents that 2 years old or less can be utilized for this upcoming season. If your VSS is 3 years old then you will need to renew that for this season.
This process can begin now, through the OHF website.
Please use the following link to become familiar with the process.
You will need to fill out the OHF Screening Declaration Form as well as submitting your updated VSS.
You will require 3 things:
1) HCR Number
2) OHF Self Declaration
3) VSS- No more than two years old
