ATTENTION COACHES / TEAM OFFICIALS
The Vulnerable Sector Screening has continued to be updated for the 2025/2026 season. ANYONE 18 years age and older who will be on the bench, or the ice throughout the season must have this process complete before the first ice time. Failure to do so could result in suspension, or team becoming invalid to play or travel to tournaments.
The Ontario Hockey Federation will now be responsible for collecting all VSS documents and uploading them to each individual Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) account.
If you DO NOT have a valid VSS submitted from the 2024-25 season follow the steps below.
1. Follow the link by
clicking here. This will bring you to the form to submit your VSS to the OHF. Follow the instructions on the form and fill out all of the info needed.
You will need a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) from the police or OPP - No more than two years old (If your VSC is password protected - open the document and use the "print to PDF" to save as a PDF for uploading)
This process is managed through the OHF website. OHF Vulnerable Sector Checks | Ontario Hockey Federation
