U10A Jr Knights White Take SILVER in Kalamazoo!
The U10A Jr Knights White participated in the Mid-Winter Shootout in Kalamazoo, MI this past Jan 16th weekend and came home with a silver medal!
They went undefeated in round-robin play defeating the Flint Jr Firebirds 6-4, the Saint Clair Shores Saints 5-0 and Fox Motors(Blue) 4-3 to set-up a rematch with Fox Motors in the finals.
After falling behind 3-0 to Fox Motors, the team storm backed to tie the game 3-3 midway through the third period, but unfortunately, a late goal with less than a minute left in the game sealed the victory for Fox Motors. Way to go Jr Knights White.
It was a great weekend and we are so proud of the resilience and fight the Knights showed in the finals!!!
