In this important role, you will work closely with the League’s Administrator and Executive team, providing essential support to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing data entry and filing systems, maintaining financial and registration records, coordinating ice schedules, and assisting during tournaments and league events.
Ideal candidates will have prior administrative experience—especially in sports or nonprofit settings—a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with office equipment are a must, and experience with financial software like Sage is a plus. Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends, is required.
